Yes – please return your Kikuu activewear in the original packaging (if possible) and contact us here [link] for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

The activewear must be in the same packaging, not worn and is the same condition as dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange clothes that have been worn or soiled for health and safety reasons.

You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed your order. We will send out tracking information when your order has been dispatched. This usually happens on the next business day. If you have not received tracking information within three business days, contact us at returns@kikuuactive.com.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order after it is placed. You can, however, return the items for a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Amex. We also offer payment via PayPal and “buy now, pay later” service Afterpay.

Yes – we use the highest grade of encryption for commercial transactions and are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Yes – if you are not completely satisfied with Kikuu activewear you may return your items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have a return or any questions regarding your purchase, please contact us on returns@kikuuactive.com.

WickTech fabric is Kikuu’s high performance, buttery-smooth blend of moisture wicking fabric made of 73% polyester and 23% spandex that supports your body, looks great, and allows for greater range of movement with its 4-way stretch.
